Looking forward to welcoming Sensei Paul Thomas tomorrow (Sat 15th April) as the special guest instructor at Yawara Kwai North Bristol at North Bristol Rugby Club.
Juniors will start at 9.30am and will be benefiting from Sensei Paul’s judo skills.
Seniors will start at 10.30am for a boxing masterclass. Training T-shirt is fine.
If you have pads and gloves feel free to bring them with you, don’t worry if you don’t, we have spares for you to use.
If you train at another club or are a parent, guardian or older sibling and fancy a go, please come along, All are welcome.
