Yesterday's Judo sessions were fantastic.

Good numbers, good effort and a great community presence.

Well done to all our Judo kids, Juniors and adults.

I would like to especially thank Matthew Newton from SBG for coming and teaching all our adults some valuable BJJ techniques for our Judo Newaza (groundwork) Crossing over the into getting that extra bit of knowledge will definitely give us the edge.
