6pm to 7.15pm - Women and Girls ONLY Self-Defence (o12yrs)
7.30pm to 9.15pm - 12yrs+ Cadets and Seniors Judo

Wednesday 10th January
6.15pm to 7.15pm - Junior Judo (12yrs and Under)
7.30pm to 9.15pm - 12yrs+ Cadets and Seniors Judo
