A lively session last night at Bushi JC. We trained kouchi gari foot sweep and then linked it to morote seoinage shoulder throw when uke reacts with a block. Classic judo applying the action/ reaction principle. In newaza we applied the double lapel turnover into tate shiho gatame. Good work lads!
