💥What a great turnout for our final Fighting Fit class of 2023, with an age range spanning 50+ years!

After a good warm up and some drills with our ashi-waza skimmers, we had a mixed age jackets vs t-shirts skim match! Followed by randori bouts & uchi-komi band drills for everyone. Always finding new ways to use our great learning aids from naefighting Neil Adams Effective Fighting Ltd

All Classes are running as normal for Seniors tonight & Kids Wednesday & Thursday.
One single combined class on Friday 6:30-7:30pm to take us into the Christmas Break. 🎅
