A very nice low key competition at Lincoln also there is a under 8 festival so anyone that has a licence please have a look and let any of the coaches know or you need more info please do not hesitate to ask.

All the best to Chloe and Sam today fighting in Nottingham.
This will be Sam's first competition since joining the club 4 months ago, also it will be Chloe's first under 16 comp since moving from the u12 category.

Congratulations to Cory, tonight he got presented with his black belt.

Unfortunately Ant has lost his first fight at The Bremen Masters in Germany in a massive group of 63 fighters, got caught with only 7 seconds left on the clock.
He now has to wait and see if he gets back into the repecharge, for this to happen the opponent he lost to has to get to the quarters,
