And it’s a healthy slice of BJA Approved fast track grading success for Fraser Francis tonight 🔥🔥
Promited from “novice” (not a novice lol) to green belt in one fell swoop. 🙌🏽💪🏼
A rare talent is our beloved Mr Francis - a fantastic embracing of judo, incredible natural talent, and a well deserved Sussex champion. It’s about time he got some colour round that waist! 🤣
Massive congrats and thoroughly well deserved 🙌🏽

Results from Kin Ryu Judo Club’s Kyu grade competition this weekend:
💥 Pete Lassman - Silver 🥈
💥 Graham Magnoni-Page - Silver 🥈
Outstanding effort from the boys! Some great judo, some cracking ippon wins, and some fantastic experience gained at this well run event. A silver medal each builds beautifully on Pete and Grahams bronze medals that they won at the Sussex Trials earlier in the year. Very pleased to see such positive progression.
And finally, a big thank you to the G&P Ryan Ashton for taking up coaching responsibilities on the day 🙏🏽
On to the next! 👊🏽🥋🔥

As if there was any doubt this would happen! 🤣❤️ An absolutely fantastic performance from Max up at Dartford today. Five wins, five ippons, line up completed in well under a minute, and finishing on 130 points. Let’s hear it for the big old maki komi enthusiast! 🙌🏽

A wonderful kyu grading last night at Dynamic 🔥
A lovely group of new kyu grades to celebrate 🙌🏽 🍾
💥 Congratulations to Damian, Charlie, David, and Mark on their promotion to 6th Kyu (red belt)
💥 And also to Pete and Leo on their promotion to 5th kyu (yellow belt) unfortunately Leo had to leave early and isn’t pictured 😅
This crop of likely lads have formed a really great and committed group, who I’m sure will efficiently work their way through the kyu grades if they keep that commitment up!
Hearty well done to all! 💪🏼 ❤️ 🥋
Big thanks to Sean Martin of Hollington Judo Club, the great and po
