Last week, we were invited by "MSR" Sports Development Unit to take part in their “Olympic Week” at the NSC. We had a great time showcasing our sport to all who took part, and had some medals on show from our recent successes 🥇🥈🥉 Thanks to Chris, Jole and Leo for taking time out of their day to come and give their time.

We are offering a FREE taster session for those children who attended, at our dojo in Arbory Parish Hall, Ballabeg this Friday between 6-7pm.
