Reminder our MSR follow-up session is TONIGHT, 6-7pm at Arbory Parish Hall.

Our existing Kanos are welcome to attend for this session, we will be running a combined Juniors/Seniors session 7-8:30pm.

Last week, we were invited by "MSR" Sports Development Unit to take part in their “Olympic Week” at the NSC. We had a great time showcasing our sport to all who took part, and had some medals on show from our recent successes 🥇🥈🥉 Thanks to Chris, Jole and Leo for taking time out of their day to come and give their time.
