Day 2 at Rascals Sports camp - Another epic day!!

The morning started with a fun boxing class displaying good teamwork and the children got to Spar Ross at the end

Than the afternoon hosted a fun Mixed martial arts class putting together everything we have learnt so far!!

We are having a blast 🔥🔥

The children are enjoying the energy, pace and structure allowing them to learn great new skills whilst having fun mixing games into sessions!
