Last Monday we said farewell to Sensei Tony as he’s moving to Chichester. He’s been involved with the club since 2013 coming out of retirement at 60 to bring his Granddaughter Ellie to learn Judo 🥋.
He shared with us his passion for Judo starting at his local school in Luton at 13. He trained every opportunity he had and gained his 1st Dan at 16. It took him 3 years of practice to obtain his 2nd Dan. All his grades were with the BJC where you had to take a line up.
