Fantastic work from our kid's class tonight, busy mat with lots of fun, but all of the children showing outstanding discipline and respect as well! Lots of games combined with technical and skills work left the children dripping with sweat and some big smiles! 😁🙌

Our adult class had both new starters and visitors, as we worked on mixing technical with randori, finishing with some strength and conditioning work. We also saw club chairman Dennis continue to pass on his valuable knowledge to our players before finishing with a surprise grading for one of our players! 💪🔥
