Last week coach Louise spent 5 days with GBR national team preparing with the u23 athletes and European team.
Working alongside the top coaches for Britain and learning the behind the scenes work . I always ask questions and over the past year I like how the coaches all have their owe individual way of working with staff and players .
To finish my weekend off I attended a grassroots competition with my club athletes and parents.
