Format for 5,6 7 years of age:
Group warm up.
When possible, judoka (judo player) will be placed into groups of 4.
Before each contest there will be 30 seconds of throw for throw in a relax manner. This allows each judoka to throw and be thrown, we hope this will put the judoka at ease as this may be their first event ou
