GOLD AT THE BRITISH SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Well done to Courtney for her GOLD yesterday, is a very competitive category and bracket. 🥳🥳

This is an impressive achievement. Courtney started training at Shinbudo with Glenn soon after we opened. She's been cross training in BJJ with Emma, and also trains in other clubs (Jo's in particular). She has never shied away from a competition mat and she is an asset for our club, helping the younger lot and being a great role model. As most young and successful competitive players, her family network has been of great support. But the credit is all hers.
