JUST A FEW REMINDERS FOR US ALL.

Please can we make sure that if we are wearing a t shirt under our judo jackets that they are not polo shirts or have any buttons on.
All shoulder length hair must be tied up and the hair band must not have any metal bars in no hair sliders or clips are allowed to be worn in hair.
All watches earrings and jewellery must be removed before coming on to the mat.
Shoes must be worn when leaving the mat.
Socks are not to be worn unless you have a varucca then a sock must be worn on the affected foot.
Please ensure you bring a water bottle to every session and any e
