Good morning everyone, we hope you've all had a lovely summer and are ready to get back to training!

We are back at deal parochial school this evening for junior judo at 630pm followed by senior judo/jujitsu and we also have iaido at 630pm too.

Karate and kobudo start back Friday at 630pm
