2023 NATIONAL KATA COURSE
It was another early start on Saturday 25th November as Bruce & Pete headed up to the Army School of Physical Training in Aldershot for this year's National Kata Course. Once again the guest instructor was Yoshihiko Iura Sensei Kodokan 8th Dan, who is an internationally recognised kata expert. Day 1 focused on Ju-No-Kata & Day 2 focussed on Kodokan Goshin-Jutsu. It was great to catch up with Kata friends & an amazing opportunity to learn from such a knowledgeable kata expert, & both players left with plenty of points to work on over the coming months.
