2024 Katame-No-Kata course
On Sunday 28th January we hosted a Katame-No-Kata course at South Brent JC, with Judoka joining us from Devon, Cornwall & Wiltshire.
We had 9 players on the course, seven of whom were also accredited with it as a coach revalidation event, & one was successfully assessed for their Level 1 Katame-No-Kata award.
All of the participants on the course put in a shift, showing great focus & enthusiasm to learn & develop their understanding & performance of the kata, although I think there might be some sore knees tomorrow!!!
A big thanks to Dave & Bruce for assisting with
