What a day for judo at Loughborough! The great Neil Adams (9th Dan) blessed us with a surprise visit and some expert coaching yesterday. It may have been unexpected, but with BUCs this weekend we couldn't have asked for better timing. Thank you Neil and Nicki for the once in a lifetime session and the skimmers!
