Not long now. We start back on 2nd January 2024. Adults, are you looking for a challenge for the New Year? What better than to have a go at our 'Yellow belt challenge'? Fitness. Fun. Focus. For one fee, you get a judogi (uniform), provisional license, training and the opportunity to get your yellow belt within three months. All you have to provide is the effort. Come along and have a look, have a chat, have a go. 2/1/2024 onwards. Every Friday and Tuesday we are open - you choose how often you want to come along and commit.
