Sunday Yoga at Tekio Gemu Judo Club.. Starts this week!!
Please note that there will be no yoga on Easter Sunday (the 21st April) and no class the week after (the 28th April)due to an event taking place.
On Saturday 27th April at 12.30 I will be holding an introductory class for those who would like to try out yoga maybe for the first time and ask any questions they need to. The class will be just £3 each. Regulars are welcome too! 🙂
