Just a reminder next Friday 29th Dec 23 our fundraising class is on at the Caledonian Uni 11-1230pm mat fee £5 and £4 for students. 16 years and over.
Shake off the Christmas excess and prepare for the New Year excess with a training session and a clear conscious.
This year the mat fees will go to the Simon Community to help the homeless.
