Abigail & Edd both fought at the NHC Schools Championships in Brentwood today.
It was Abigail's first time fighting in her new weight category. No medal today but some strong contests and plenty of experience gained. She will now focus on training for her next event in January.
It was Edd's first time fighting at this level and with his current Rugby scholarship commitments he has not been able to put in as much Judo training as we would like. However, this boy was on fire today & came away with a fantastic silver medal 🥈.
Edd won four out of five contests by ippon throws and also beat the gol
