The IBJJF is an International governing body for BJJ. They run competitions all around the world and to a certain degree, try to regulate the sport. Minimum time frames at belts and to ensure legitimacy. There are always exceptions but I’d rather be in than out!
This means students can register for some of the biggest competitions under the ‘Stealth BJJ Bolton’ banner and your grades can officially be signed off should you want to register with the IBJJF.
