Member's Testimonial

1st Knaphill Beaver Scouts thoroughly enjoyed their fun judo taster session at the well-equipped Fighting Fitness dojo in Knaphill. Instructors Vince & Sam were fantastic and taught Beavers some fundamental judo moves and instructions. They are both really enthusiastic instructors & bring the best out of all the participants. They offer great encouragement to those who are less confident, bringing the best out in them. In just a short time, our 6 & 7-year-olds learnt a great deal. Thank you, Sam & Vince!" - Tracey from 1st Knaphill Beaver Scouts

Learned the aim of judo = to score an ippon.

Finishing with break falls on the crash mat and a game of land and sea!

All of that in just 50 minutes!

These taster sessions are a great way of gettin
