UNESCO declared judo the best beginner sport for training children and young people aged 4 to 21 years.
The benefits of child development
Through persistent Judo practice, a child develops his strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, reflex, concentration, balance, resistance, personality, confidence and knowledge of his own body. .
Due to constantly changing situations, in Judo practice, a child is required to stimulate their "tactical thinking".
Judo does not encourage aggression; Through relationships with their peers, a child learns to cooperate, respect and develop self-control.
