' Come out ' they said, its sunny
No, I got training tonight
Come and play there is always next week.
Sorry but not tonight.
There will always be another sunny day, but there won't be that 100% effort I get for sacrificing some sun shine for that ippon gold win on the next competition, because I went training and did not play in the park.
