Good day to you all! Starting next Thursday 25th of July. We have Ukemi classes (learning how to fall safely). These classes will be every Thursday evening 6pm till 6.45pm, classes will be £3 per session.
Classes will be taken by experienced instructors with many years of Judo and other martial arts experience, who have experience in learning how to fall safely.
Classes are open to older people, disabled people, people with disabilities and those who want to learn how to fall safely, as it is a life saving skill to have!
Would be best to wear loose clothing, long sleeves and sports wear.

A fantastic morning it was for the adults today at JurassicJudo! We now have some new Dan grades in our mix, and Dan grades who have been promoted up. Also was great for our kyu grades who have graded up a grade. Thank you to Sensei Peter Powell, for coming down and grading us. It was a pleasure to meet you too!
