Maida Gymnasium, Queens Avenue, Aldershot GU11 2BT
Enter the car park via Scarletts road and not Hospital road, if you use the Hospital road entrance for entry or departure you may be fined £100.00.
You have been warned.
Contest Information:
Armlocks or strangles only allowed in the Senior event.
Method of competition will be pools throughout & current BJA rules will apply.
Medals will be presented throughout the day

This Sunday at Places Leisure Eastleigh it will probably be the last ever Hampshire Squads session at this venue because the mats are being replaced with gym mats.
