Over 400 children and teachers took part in judo demonstrations with County Antrim Judo throughout The Glens Of Antrim in the last 2 weeks. Getting on the mat and participating is the way to go, lots of smiling faces well done everybody, lots of new members see you all in class 👏👏👏🥋🥋🥋

Hi everyone I am not one for putting our private life on social media, but this is for a good cause. As most of you probably know our daughter Amy was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) early this year, while this has been devastating to us, Amy has been an inspiration on how strong she has been in fighting this terrible disease. She has went through numerous rounds of chemo and had an operation on her leg to remove the tumour. She now has another 10 weeks of chemo ahead of her. Friends of the cancer Centre have been an amazing support to Amy and ourselves, so Danny will be abseiling do
