Really busy session last night with a varied warm up including tachi waza combinations and randori followed by ne waza randori and fighting. A well attended session providing a wide range of ukis. Polite reminder that there is no session this Thursday but seniors are invited to join Flying Dragons on Wednesday at 19:30.

Thursday night Ne waza and a technique followed by a crash mat lineup giving everyone a chance to follow through with their throws and some randori to finish.

Another excellent session, went too quick, thanks Dan! Various Uchi Komi practice, some new Ne Waza techniques and Randori to finish. Good range of grades and ages too last night.

Another great turnout tonight and thanks to Dan for a very varied session including ne waza (with variations), some shimiwaza and turnovers with transitional randori to finish. Another tough night!!

We hadn’t seen Neil for a while and his returning gift was ‘Last Thursday of the Month = Fight Night’! Thanks Neil…..I think!! Great to see good numbers and a range of ages and grades. Thanks also to Richard Blanes for taking the junior session, they loved meeting you and having you there.’
