But for those who are heading to the Dan Grading this weekend, we want to wish you the BEST OF LUCK! 🍀🥋 You've been training hard, and we're confident you'll do great. Trust in your skills and give it your all!

A gentle reminder for all participants: please remember to bring your Judo licenses with you on the day. Without them, we won't be able to grade you, so it's crucial that you have them!!
Also, a quick note on fees: It's £15 for mon grades, £20 for kyu grades and Sho grades are free. Let's make sure we've got everything sorted to make this grading a smooth

What makes this achievement even more special? It was his very first competition, and he fought incredibly hard to claim a well-deserved silver! What a session at Buckingham Judo Club !!! 🌟 Our junior Judoka brought their A-game, pushing hard and giving it their all in a supercharged session. 🤼♂️
Not to be outdone, our seniors stepped up to the challenge, experimenting with some challenging techniques that added a whole new level of excitement to the dojo. 👊🔥 It's amazing to see everyone pushing their limits and embracing the spirit of continuous improvement.

A big shoutout to Coach Tom for leading the seniors through a tough and exhausting warm-up – pushing boundaries and building strength! 🏋️♂️Coach Gareth then treated us to an in-depth lesson on ipon seoi nage—an invaluable technique that I'm sure we will all be using in many competitions to come.
